Get the words down

Two editors, one flow. Standard Manuscript Format for novels and short stories, industry-standard screenplay formatting for scripts — each with real, accurate pagination, so the page count you see is the page count an agent sees.

Focus mode. One click hides everything but the page: sidebar, toolbar, even the browser menu and the header. Nothing left but you and the words.

AI writing partner. Continue a passage, rewrite a selection, brainstorm what happens next, or get a proofread — working from your own characters and story rather than generic advice. Optional add-on, off unless you add it, and nothing enters your manuscript until you accept it.

Notes. Right-click any selection to leave a note in the margin, joined to the exact passage by a line — the way Word and Google Docs do it, built into the page.

Chapter and scene details. Summary, POV, goal and more, as quick-fill fields on every chapter and scene, in the sidebar while you write.

Write it with someone

Co-Writer. Invite one collaborator and hand off the pen. Only whoever has it can edit, so you are never writing over each other's sentences.

Writing Groups. Share a whole project with your group, leave notes on each other's pages, and talk it through in a built-in group chat.

Finish it and hand it over

Export anywhere. PDF, Word (.docx), EPUB and Final Draft (.fdx). Unlimited, on every tier.

Revision locking. Lock a screenplay draft and every page added after it gets the industry-standard coloured revision mark, automatically.

Story bible export. Characters, places and plot points out as a single document, for your own reference or for someone else's.

What it does not do

It runs in a browser, so it needs a connection — there is no offline mode. It is built for long-form prose and screenplays, not for notes, blogging or documentation. And the AI is a partner, not a ghostwriter: it will not produce a book while you are away from the desk.
